What qualifications do you have?
Our employees come from a wide variety of technical backgrounds ranging from home computer repair to enterprise network administration.  We have years of experience and the industry standard certifications to back us up.

How long does it take to fix my computer?
Our typical turn-around time is 1-3 days.

What do I need to bring?
If you are bringing in a desktop computer all we need is the computer itself – no cords, monitor, etc. If you are bringing in a notebook / laptop computer we will need the power adapter.  If you have any of the original CDs or other media that came with the computer, that would be helpful but is not necessary.

Do I need an appointment?
You can stop by anytime during business hours to drop-off a computer, check on a repair status,  or just to ask questions. If you would like a consultation on our business service plans or web design we ask that you do schedule an appointment.
